Acceptance Criteria Safety Documentation

:- By high intensifying illuminator which can read density 2-4. :- Interpretation and assessment of radiograph is always carried out with the aid of specification and standard reference radiographs. :- As per Table 341.3.2; ASME B31.3 & Appendix 4 of ASME Sec VII Div. 1 :- Radiation safety is maintained as per personnel from BARC & having 10 15 years experience in Industrial Radiography. :- Prescribed format (Sample Enclosed).

Repairing: All unacceptable indications shall be repaired and re-examined at least with the same technique. All the radiographs relating to repairing areas shall be identified by placing a lead letter R and shall be re-evaluated in compliance with the original acceptance criteria. Subsequently repairs shall be identified by R1, R2, etc.
