Who can participate in the Digital Jam 3.0 Caribbean edition Mobile Apps Competition?
Participants can enter the competition as individuals or teams of up to four [4] people and must meet the following criteria: At least half of the team must be under the age of 30. At least half the members of the team must be citizens of a CARICOM country; All team members must be registered at www.facebook.com/digitaljam3 Team can submit a maximum of 2 [two] concepts per category. As indicated above, the competition is structured along 3 sub-themes: General (Pirates of the Caribbean) Gaming (Game Changers) Microsoft Apps Studio (Stunning Beginners).

APP CONCEPT
Submit your concept by using the specific application on Facebook, by December 31. Proposed app concepts will be reviewed by the competition organizers SUBMIT YOUR An invitation to compete will be sent on January 6th, 2014.
Each team may only submit one [1] app to the competition but you are allowed to submit an app that has versions for different mobile platforms (e.g., iOS version and Android version, or others).
Submit your app to the judging panel for testing and evaluation by February 16th, 2014. Finalist teams will be invited to present their apps at Digital Jam 3.0 final event March 1-2, SUBMIT YOUR 2014 in Kingston, Jamaica,
