I, Mr. E. J. Krass, PO Box 1041 STN MAIN, DAWSON CREEK BC V1G 4H9, HUMAN BEING,
SOLEMNLY AFFIRM AND SAY:

August 26, 2009

RE: The final insult by the establishment

To Everyone:
1. At 1:20 PM today, I attended the kelown registry for the superior court and the final insult
was heaped upon me.
2. Until today, I used this downloaded form for preparing my affidavits because the "solemnly
affirm" line often disappears when the old standard is used or basically becomes lost. The
normal clerks, following the January 9, 2009 defacto Petition to the Court, informed me that
this is new standard as it is posted online.
3. Today though, a replacement clerk, D. McDonald, was working at the kelowna registry and
she got mad at me for not doing it the old way.
4. I was flabbergasted especially when D. McDonald told me straight out that, now, I had been
told as to what she wanted and I was to do as she was dictating right then and there.
5. I repeated that her standard is not what is posted on the internet and that, until now, that is
the standard that was being enforced by the clerks relative to the documentation on file no.
81581 at the superior court (british columbia - kelowna) registry.
6. At this point and as I was packing up my affidavits to leave and return when the regular staff
are on duty, the clerk finally backed down and accepted the affidavits very reluctantly.
7. The clerk had no other alternative but to accept this paperwork regardless of her misgivens
on the "propriety" of the affidavits because I would have used this denial of acceptance as
being an affront to the Principles of Fundamental Justice: that is exactly what minding the
"p"s and "q"s, crossing the "t"s and dotting the "i"s is - an impediment to Fundametnal
Justice.
8. However, the clerk still refused to accept the hard copy of the unopposable Summary Order
for the August 20, 2009 unopposable Summary Mortion - Petition to the Court Motion - to

be signed off on by now Chief Justice Brenner or Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin.
9. Therefore, everyone must download the true copy of the August 2009 unopposable
Summary Order from the following internet address -

10. In the real world and according to the Principles of Fundamental Justice, no court has the
right to refuse a reasonable representation of the court documents if the court is truly
seeking the Fundamental Justice outcome, i.e. the sole appropriate and just REMEDY in the
circumstances.
11. In short, to repeat from the annotation at the bottom portion of Exhibit "K", Truth and
Fundamental Justice MUST trump all else - end of discussion.
12. I am thoroughly disgusted by the abuse and lack of seeking Fundamental Justice attitude
shown me today just so that the clerk could feel empowered while contending that the court
is not "corrupt".
13. Exhibits "G" through "Q" on file no. 81581 with the superior court (british columbia-
kelowna) makes it absolutely clear that the administration of Canada and the administration
of justice are completely disreputable. Combined, this corruption, imposed through BAD
FAITH (mala fides), has instilled tyranny and injustice where the sole means of correcting
the corruption is either attained through an illegitimate and corrupt gauntlet type process
where just the Supreme Court of Canada and only the Supreme Court will impose
Fundamental Justice outcomes and, if requested, will apply the appropriate and just
REMEDY in the circumstances.
14. Nobody knew the level of corruption and collusion to keep the Petition to the Court Due
Legal Process off the books and out of everyone's minds. That level of ignorance can no
longer be maintained given the facts of Exhibits "G" through "Q" on file no. 81581 with the
superior court (british columbia - kelowna).
