Ali GhaffarianHoseini and AmirHosein GhaffarianHoseini Faculty of Architecture & the Built Environment (FABE) LIMKOKWING University of Creative Technolog (LUCT) Inovasi 1/1, Jalan Teknokrat 1/1, Cyber 3; 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia Dr.ali@limkokwing.edu.my, Amirhosein.ghh@limkokwing.edu.my

Contemporary advancements in architectural research and practice highlight the promotion of sustainable developments; carbon emission reduction and energy efficiency enhancements within the design and construction industry. Nevertheless, conquest of computational platforms in conjunction with the rapid globalization enforces the necessity to implement utilization of innovative yet effective computer-based proposals hence architectural progressions have not been exclusion. Respectively, leading software developers, e.g., AutoDesk Building Information Modeling (BIM); AutoDesk Revit; Graphisoft etc have facilitated researchers with proper insights for actualization of inventive architectural progressions such as pragmatic and parametric design principles processions [1]. Consequently, vernacular intelligent building design grounding is highlighted as a new architectural spectrum of research [2, 3, 4]. Alternatively, Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) and green business is shaping the organizational landscape of relevant industrial expansions. Moreover, enabling mitigation of resultant reconsiderations during construction phases due to unwanted re-implementation of reassessed design ideas has been made possible through pioneering architectural software for utilization during conceptualization stages. Ultimately, architectural scholars are urged to consolidate and reconcile human creativity factors throughout the particular computational preparations [1]. This version of CSABE journal supports particular pioneering architectural evolutionary doctrines. Consequently, issues on cultural tourism; innovative sustainable trends; greenscaping and sustainable developments are relatively discussed to be considered for future cities implementations.
