submittedtotheCouncilfora30-dayperiodof review,excludingSaturdays,Sundays,legal

ThisactshalltakeeffectfollowingapprovalbytheMayor(orintheeventofvetobythe
Mayor,actionbytheCounciltooverridetheveto),a30-dayperiodofCongressionalreviewas
providedinsection602(c)(l)oftheDistrictofColumbiaHomeRuleAct, approvedDecember
24, 1973 (87Stat. 813;D.C. OfficialCode 1-206.02(c)(I)),and intheDistrictof
ColumbiaRegister.
