What a Testimony!
Ragan Riddles testimony in worship on Sunday was very inspiring! Her honesty about the challenges associated with cancer was sincere. But greater than the challenges was her faith in knowing God was using her battles for His glory. I am confident our Lord is revealing a beautiful plan for Ragan that will continue to have a huge impact on the Kingdom.

Frances Woody (708 Kidd Drive Burlington NC 27217) Frances is doing wellshe has been able to return to work on a part-time basis.. Becky Corbett (712 Jeffries Cross Rd. The Church Leadership Team and I have been seeking Gods heart for our worship and fellowship on December 29th. We are inclined to celebrate Holy Communion and have a prayer service as we seek Gods anointing on us as a congregation in the coming year. The date will mark twelve months of meeting together as a congregation. Lets look back to see where God has brought us from and look forward as we prepare our hearts for where God will take us in 2014.

2014 Proposed Budget Coming

The Budget Committee is compiling a recommendation for our 2014 Budget. The membership will be receiving a copy soon. The ballots will be made available and due back in by December 29, 2013.

I commend all of you who donated non-perishable food items over the recent weeks. The donation has been delivered to the Allied Churches store in Holly Hill Mall. I met a pastor and his wife who is helping in the store and they reassured our donations will bless and reassure people of Gods love.

Falling in Love with the Word of God!!

I am renewing my call to teach and preach the Word of God in the coming year! It is my hope in the coming year we will find our story in the midst of Gods Story. I am excited and believe we will see the blessings from above as we get centered and remain centered on the Bible. To aid us you will have the opportunity this Sunday to order your copy of The Story. The resource was compiled by Max Lucado and Randy Frazee - told in 31 chapters, from Genesis to Revelation. I will be using the resource in our worship services we are also securing resources for our young people and materials for those of you who may want to host a Home Bible Study. The order envelopes and informational brochure will be available this Sunday, December nd 22 . Prices for The Story are: Adult Version ($10) Teen Version ($8) Childrens 9-12 year old Version ($5) Children 4-8 year old version ($10).
