4-Sept- DMZ Landscape servers are not 2013 getting backed-up via HP DP Software as required network ports are not open.

Requirement has been shared with the client over E-mail on 30th Sept. after client meeting. As per the updates received, AV client will be manual and for backups a new server will be provisioned. It will take some time.

NTP needs to be configure on Unix servers.

Testing complete. Client approval has been received against POA shared over E-mail. The activity was scheduled on 6th Oct-2013 at Narender Kumar 0900-1700 HRS but due to (Unix ) downtime was not received by customer side the same was postponed and also schedule once at 13th Oct, 2013 at 0800-1300. H/W analysis has been done against chassis. TS team needs to be share POA. Follow-up done on 7th Oct. As per the update received H/W support renewal is under discussion with JCB to perform the activity. E-mail needs to be sent to service desk to get it publish on daily basis. All team members are ready to take ownership.

RFC # 210271 has been raised against the same. The activity is expected to be execute on 13th Oct. post approval from Client. Users are unable to redirect on Citrix via EP Web-Interface. Working with Apps team for further resolution. Inputs have been shared with Apps team. They need to refine the data from their end and share with client for approval.
