WELCOME MESSAGE

By the special grace of the Almighty God and the power of the Holy Spirit, I have been opportuned to be part of revivals and power packed gatherings. In these places, the presence and the glory of the Lord was richly experienced and in abundance. I could see people getting soaked and saturated in Gods presence and anointing. But it was a misfortune to find out that in no time, after these great encounters, these same people were living in sin and powerlessness again. This bothered me greatly for a long time and I began to wonder if the presence of the Lord was supposed to abide with the Christian only temporarily. I got no answer to this puzzle until I launched into the Word of God (which has a solution to all of our questions and doubts). Then I discovered that anyone within those pages that ever had a relationship with or did anything noteworthy for God valued his Secret Place with Him. We see that in many portions of the Bible, a lot of emphasis was placed on the importance of the Word; to the leader, Joshua, the psalmist, David and even to all the churches addressed by Apostle Paul. But the passage that strikes me the most is;
Deuteronomy 11:18-20; Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.

So, we must note that God wants to take each and every one of us; none left out, down in our personal fellowship places and impart Himself upon us daily. Even the leaders of the Early Church were insightful enough to say in Acts 6:4 that; But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word. But, you see, the mistake the present Church is making is that we try to organize great and blissful meetings only. Then we go out and allow the Devil to steal away the seeds that the Father had mercifully planted in our hearts. So, when we try to live a holy and Godly life, we fail, and then we get disappointed and afraid or discouraged to try again. And this way, we end up missing out on Gods best. But I believe that this time, through this devotional, the Holy Spirit is willing to restore souls and graciously engraft them into His Kingdom. So, at this junction, I pray that as you, our dear reader shall be taking a hold of this booklet, that the Trinity shall come and fellowship with you daily. And finally, brethren, as we choose this day to go for Gods word, He promises to grant us an unbelievable experience with Him in Jesus name. God bless!
