Legal Gun Information: The only weapons that are illegal (in general, barring any state oddities like California's ban on civilian ownership of .50 BMG rifles) for citizens to own are fully automatics, regardless of their system (MG, SMG, Assault Rifle, or even Pistol). Yes, civilians CAN own M16s and AK-47s. You can even purchase legal semi-automatic versions of those over-the-counter in some specialized gun shops. You can even get semi-automatic versions of weapons such as the G3, G36, and P90. However, as soon as you modify them into fully automatic (or acquire one that is fully automatic), they are illegal and you are in violation of a slew of laws - state and Federal.

Fresh USMS Procedures: 1. To arrest ANY civilian, you MUST recite the full list of Miranda Rights, as follows: You are under arrest for [crime here], you have the right to remain silent. Please know that anything you say your do, can and will be held against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford an attorney, you will be provided with one at no cost. 2. To enter the home of a civilian, you may not enter without prior warning. You may use the Knock and announce procedure. To do so, do as follows: *Officer [your name here] would then knock on the door.* *Exclaims* US Marshals Service! Open the door, we have a warrant for the arrest of [Criminals name here], you must comply

If the suspect does not come to the door, you are now free to use any procedure to enter the home. Law enforcement may enter a civilians home without a search warrant if: You have an arrest warrant, if you are attempting to detain an escaped convict, or you are attempting to save a life/prevent serious damage to the property. Fresh Hotel citizens are allowed to carry firearms, in accordance to the 2nd Amendment: Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms. Ratified 12/15/1791. A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. However, one may not fire a weapon (whether it is freely, such as a warning shot, or at a target) in a public space (Park, Streets, Hospital) or a federal building (FBI Base, Bank, Federal HQs).

Keep in mind the following amendments: Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Ratified 12/15/1791. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. *An officer may undergo undercover operations at any point, with the consent of his or her superior officer. *An off-duty officer (in regular clothes) may operate as if he or she is on duty, the same rules and regulations apply. Firearm regulations: An on or off-duty officer may never discharge (shoot) his or her weapon unless given the OK to do so by a superior unit, or in a situation in which said officers life is in danger. (Such as, a suspect approaching the officer with their firearm aimed/pointed towards to him/her).

Communication: If two or more officers are in the same room, they may communicate as normal (roleplay). For example, they may use their Walkie-Talkies if they speaking from a distance. [WT] Unit 43, suspect is in custody If two or more officers are not in the same room, and must communicate, they may use the Private Messaging tool, while remaining in character. If an officer is offline, and one must communicate with the offline officer, you may use the Messaging tool on the front page of Fresh Hotel. *Please roleplay correctly. If youve been shot, admit you have been shot, and roleplay through the injury. Proper injury roleplay is as follows: *Hed be shot, then. Falling to his knee, holding his hand over the wound*
