Developed and implemented an Export Program for direct control of vendors. Created strategic logistics direction to pursue ideal SCM operations for the PDC exportation program Spotlighted Achievements: Established the direct export under KAC control into South America. Realigned the company to the usage of the Incoterm 2010 and other deviations being used by the marketing and sales division. Re-trained export personnel on the new Incoterm 2010.
