 Perform the testing to assure quality of the chemical (poly/ iso) received for
production.
 Testing of Polyurethane Foam Density through Water Displacement Test.
 Testing raw materials, analyzing & generating reports for company and
suppliers.
 Maintain Quality standard of the Foamed product.
 Coordinating with chemical supplier represents for material issues.
 Maintain the smooth running of foaming machine, C5 mixing machine &
foaming process.
 Carry out the production according to the production schedule.
