2.02.1 Typical Door Frames A. Masonry Wall Frame Construction: Provide frames for 44mm (1-3/4") thick doors fabricated from 1.5mm (16 gauge) hot dipped galvanized steel sheet. All bends shall be brake formed with a ture, sharp radi. Frame design shall have single return and double rabbet. Drywall Frame Construction: Provide all drywall frames for 44mm (13/4") thick door fabricated from 1.5mm (16 gauge) hot dipped galvanized steel sheet. All bends shall be formed from a ture, sharp radi. Frame design shall have a double rabbet and double return for installation flush with wall surface as shown on drawing. Base anchorage shall be provided for dry wall frames.
