Unloading, shifting & storing, ward & watch of the supplied items shall be arranged by vendor. Battery limits: --------------1. The Contract shall be on turn-key basis and any change in BOQ scope shall be to your account and no change in price/ cost shall be allowed during the completion of the ordered scope. 2. 3. The existing FDA system is of Morley and you shall also provide alarm system of same make to have proper linkage. 4. This is responsible of the vendor to do communicate with main fire alarm panel with SCADA PLC, which is located at Central Control Room. 5. All the license & software required for commissioning has to be provided by the vendor. 6. All the drawing & technical data sheet has to be approved by our design consultancy (DCPL). 7. NDT test for the piping has to be done as per approved Field Quality Plan. 8. All civil work shall be in your scope including DV housing, excavation and back filling of pipe laying etc. All tools, tackles, consumables, lifting & shifting equipment, manpower with statutory liabilities, accommodation & other facilities and resources shall be to vendor#s a/c. JSPL#s SCOPE -----------JSPL shall provide open space, electricity & water at single point. Further extension shall be to vendor#s scope. COMPLETION TIME --------------Entire scope of work both for supply & erection is to be completed within four months from the date of drawing approval. Supply order ref. 45610019401. CONTRACT PRICE: ---------------------------In consideration to the above scope, the total contract price comes to Rs.15,25,850/- excluding service tax, as applicable. TAXES & DUTIES: --------------Service Tax, if applicable, will be paid on submission of copy of service tax registration certificate. Service provider is required to submit their bill with details as required under The Finance Act and Service Tax Rules, 1994 within 14 days from either the date of completion of provision of service or payment of any service charges, whichever is earlier. The amount of Service Tax, Education Cess and Secondary & Higher Education Cess should be shown separately on the bill. LD CLAUSE: ---------In case of delay in completion of total work attributable to vendor, LD @ 0.5% per week for the delayed portion subject to maximum of 5% shall be applicable. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: ---------------------The workmanship shall be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning. In case of any defect, the same has to be rectified/repaired by you free of cost. Arbitration: I. Arbitration, if arises, shall be resolved in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 with the latest revisions. II. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall only be subject to the jurisdiction of only Angul Court. General terms & conditions, safety rules and statutory obligations shall be as per annexure enclosed.
