INTROD(&TION 9ENE-!L his document describes the minimum reBuirements +or instrumentation > control systems to be installed on the Sakhalin (hase II (roEect. Comprising o+ t7o ne7 plat+orms (!/A, Lun/!, an e<isting plat+orm (!/!, sub/sea pipelines, ,nshore (roduction *acility ",(*%, main onshore oil and gas pipelines, t7o oil booster stations, t7o gas compressor stations, pipeline take/o++ connections and valves +or +uture domestic gas supply near Aoatasyn, ,il E<port erminal ",E %, LiBue+ied Natural 9as "LN9% plant and a marine anker Loading =nit " L=%. Note: LN9 have their o7n minimum reBuirements -e+. 6111/S/:2/56/S/111$ "9eneral Instrument -eBuirements% he (!/A plat+orm 7ill produce oil and associated gas +rom the (iltun reservoir and 7ill be eBuipped 7ith (rocess, =tilities, Living Cuarters and +ull drilling capability. he Lun/! plat+orm 7ill produce gas and condensate +rom the Lunskoye +ield and 7ill be eBuipped 7ith +irst stage separation +acilities, =tilities, Living Cuarters and drilling capability. Crude oil, gas and condensate 7ill be delivered +rom the o++shore plat+orms by pipelines to the ,(*. he gas +rom the ,(* 7ill be supplied to the LN9 plant via a gas pipeline and compressor stations. In the +uture gas 7ill be tapped o++ the pipeline near Aoatasyn +or domestic supplies. he oil +rom the ,(* 7ill be supplied to the ,E via an oil pipeline and oil booster stations 7here it 7ill be stored and then pumped to tankers via the L=. Engineering 7ill be in accordance 7ith applicable Statutory -egulations, National and International Codes and Standards.
