My last question was would artist to be on the front of a m mainly what draws peoples cover image can be spotted

text wouldn't be clear to read that 60% preferred a solo art other 40% said that theyd pr magazine front cover. Id per solo artist as my front cover

My seventh question was are you willing to pay a bit more if a gift us included in the magazine? This question will help me understand the audiences main purposes for purchasing magazines. The results clearly shows that my audience is not bothered with the gifts, although 40% said no they wouldn't pay extra for a gift, 60% on the other hand said it depends on the gift available with the magazine. I've decided that I may not choose to give away massive objects as gifts however I will make posters available in the magazine.

My eighth questio question just give questionnaire so questions to my a show that mainly my questionnaire the older aged te

My ninth question on my survey was would you like the price of the magazine to be visible? I placed this question to see whether magazine buyers look at the price of the issue before they find themselves engaged and interested in the magazine. My idea was to make the price reasonable small so that I could draw my audiences attention and get them wanting to know what is inside before they find out the price and fell off put. However my results show that 60% would like the price to be visible and the other 40% would prefer not to see the price. My target audience us aged 1619 therefore they are still students therefore the price has to be reasonable as there income cant afford for expensive luxuries.

The forth question I chose to put on my survey was what type of content would you like on the front cover? this question is very important in choosing appropriate content to be shown on my magazine. If the right content is used then Id succeed in presenting a successful, eye catching and enjoyable magazine for my intended audience. My results show that the most popular content wanted on a front cover of a music magazine is pictures as 77.7% preferred it whereas only 11.1% chose meet and greets. However gossip and headline stories were a very popular choice. I simple gathered from my results that my front cover should entertain my audience with images and interesting stories, this will entertain and inform my audience.

My fifth question on my survey was wh on magazine covers? Colours a key re to choose my colours wisely. Colours p magazines as it represents gender and previous questions I found that pop an therefore Im considering picking one o therefore my choice of colours need to its most likely to appeal to the teenage analysis shows that the brighter colour is more preferred, my chart also shows the most popular colour chosen by tee brighter colours are the most preferred that the not so bright colour black is re a traditional music magazine colour us designers.

My sixth question on my questionnaire was do you prefer more pictures or text on the magazine cover? From m y previous questions I found that pictures and headline stories were the most popular choice, this question is currently allowing me to decide whether I should fully focus on providing amazing images or interesting text. The results show that a huge 60% chose pictures whereas no one chose text on its own as it got 0%. However a reasonable 30% chose the option both, therefor they prefer a mixture and no a main focus. Therefore Ill work on creating a magazine with brilliance in pictures and text. Ill create text to inform and still try to keep them interested.

After giving out my magazine questionnaire which i created on survey monkey to a variety of people within my school and those on my social networking sites (Twitter & Instagram). I then analysed the results and created a bar chart for my analyse for a clearer reading. My analysis is going to help me create a magazine front cover which is going to be most suitable for my target audience of young teenagers, i have given my survey out to a variety of subcultures within my sixth form, the ages varying 16-17 years.

I chose to ask the question what genre of music magazine do you most prefer? because I believe its a key aspect of a magazine, the different choices of music type is going to help me determine which genre I am going to choose to evolve and focus my magazine on. My results from my questionnaire clearly show that the audience I have given my survey to which are teenagers aged 16-17 years (gender and subculture yet not chosen) prefer the most modern style of music which in this case is R&B and Pop, as 41.67% chose Pop and 50% chose R&B. Rock was the least popular music choice as only 8.33% picked it. My results have allowed me to realize that if I want my magazine to sell then the choice of music I am going to base my magazine on should be either on Pop or R&B. My second question on my survey was 'what do you look for on a magazine front cover? this question is very important as it allows me to see what my audience prefer to see on a magazine front cover, to allow them to answer with whatever they like to see, I designed an open question to allow them to state what they prefer without them feeling restricted.. My results from this question clearly state that my target audience prefer interesting images to be the main focus of the cover. It also showed that bright colours was also very popular. From analysing my results from this question I have come to a conclusion that I will focus on the image and the colours I use to please my audience. My third question that I asked on my survey was whats the first thing you look for a magazine front cover? I asked this question because the first look at a magazine gives you an immediate impression of the magazine, therefore my results will help see what people first look at therefore Ill create that specific part of the magazine to a higher standard therefore Ill have a likely chance of creating a magazine which will get good impressions from its audience. The better the first impressions the higher chance that people are going to feel attracted to it. My results clearly stated that the cover image was one of the main parts of a magazine people tend to look at, as 90% picked it on my survey, the second most looked at part of a magazine was stories included in the magazine,20 & picked it as a choice on the magazine. As it gives a vague idea of what they are going to get in the magazine therefore from that they can decide whether they are willing to buy the magazine.
