Notification D.Tpt/STA/922/2010 In exercise of powers delegated by the Government vide Notification No. 5/16/85-Tpt dated 5-12-1990 and in supersession of earlier Notification No. D.Tpt/STA/922/2006 dated 6-2-2006, the Government as authorised by the State Transport Authority, Goa, in its meeting held on 26-10-2010, has decided to fix the fares for Autorickshaws, Taxis/Maxicabs and Motor Cycle Taxis as follows:

1. Three Seater Rs. 13/- Rs. 10/Auto rickshaw

25% of the normal fare is payable extra from 11.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m.

50% of the normal fare is payable extra.

2. Yellow/Black Rs. 14/- Rs. 12/Taxis i) Ordinary taxi

Rs. 10/-

Rs. 25/- per hr. 25% of the or Rs. 4/- for normal fare is every 10 mins. payable extra of waiting from 11.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. Rs. 20/- per hour 25% of the or Rs. 4/- for normal fare is every 10 payable extra minutes of from 11.00 p.m. waiting to 5.00 a.m.

50% of the normal fare is payable extra.

ii) A/C Taxi upto Rs. 16/- Rs. 12/1500C.C

The above fares shall come into force with effect from the date of Notification published in the Official Gazette.
