2. Concur Expense Interface System (CEIS)

The objective of this project is to create a web-based expense reporting application hosted by the vendor.
The standard accounting extract file provided on a daily basis is loaded into Oracle database using SQL
Loader after performing certain validations. The data loaded is presented as a reports in the required
formatted using JAVA. Parameters for a specific report is sent through batch file, which triggers the
respective Java file.

1. Universal Scanner.

Description
Universal Scanner is a stand alone THICK JAVA CLIENT application written in SWT, running on the scanner
machine communicating through multiple interfaces with web services (WSDL) to Corridor and J2EE
Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) to 3G. It is capable of performing a number of transactions which involve
various calls to Corridor and 3G via EJBs, SOAP and JDBC. The Scanner development effort is planned for
the Brunswick implementation and a Savannah and Gulfstream Aerospace Enterprise, to provide facility to
use one scanner with the 3G and Corridor systems.

The first objective of this project is to increase the performance of the Universal Scanner application by
moving the processing logic from client to the server-side. The Universal Scanner’s business objects (BOs)
that interact with Corridor and 3G to a web server. The client triggers the transactions by HTTP calls to
servlets which in turn calls the new server-side BOs, the BO's in-turn calls the EJB's or Webservices based
on the transaction types.

The second objective is to modify the Universal Scanner to recognize the Gulfstream identification badge
with Corridor and 3G scanning transactions, earlier they had separate badges for Corridor and 3G
transactions.

Current versions of V7(Vignette Content Management Suite) leave construction of a delivery application as
an exercise to the user. Some limited facilities are available to render managed content including a single
XSLT per content type, a set of link construction tags for content items, and even the Content Delivery
Connector modules for VAP (Vignette Application Portal). However development of a complex delivery
application for V7-managed content is a challenging task.

Content Presentation Services Solution Accelerator (CPS-SA - Aruba (CPS 2.0 version) attempts to
addresses the challenges of surfacing content on both Portal and JSP based delivery applications. In
addition CPS-SA provides inline or in-context editing controls that allow content management functions to
be initiated from within the delivery application.

This application is and extentison of Single Sign On functionality, This tool is developed for the Spanish
users In Puerto Rico and mexico based employees who are not SSO registered, thus hindering them to
access all the SSO Enabled site thus decreasing their productivity. The key goal of this project is to help
the Spanish people to select the Spanish language and register themselves to SSO. Right now this
application provides to use English as the default language and Spanish upon selection to add, delete and
modify the user information in LDAP via siteminder. Mailing functionality is provided for the siteminder
administrators.
