Through simple, effective movement processes of the sixty hour Bones For Life program created by Ruthy Alon, you will safely learn how to: Experience a natural transformation in the quality of your self-organization and movement coordination. Align your posture into safe weight-bearing uprightness. Support your Bone strength and health so that you can enjoy any stage of dynamic activity and challenge.

Join us as we explore movement that cultivates solutions to healthrelated challenges, and commit to establish and adopt safe, effective, optimal movement function.

BONES FOR LIFE will introduce you to movement as a vehicle for self-directed learning enhancing day-to-day functional capacity.

Participant will learn to monitor and adjust their own body ease to:

More effectively position and coach patients in how to move their bodies to enhance function and comfort Assess more keenly and respond more effectively in the work environment Include on-the-job body awareness strategies to prevent over-fatigue and injury Application to patient care: fall prevention, pain management, bone strength, movement rehabilitation, bed-rest, aging, & more. Requirement for successful completion: Full attendance and active participation for all three (3) Segments. Completion of evaluation forms at each Segment, docu mented testimonial, journal related to patient and personal care between Segments. Pre and post Segment posture/height photograph measurement. 90 self-guided, experiential movement processes that builds sequential learning. Program can be offered in many formats, allowing participants to practice and apply the skills and principles and return to class for further refinement.
