A.P. Housing Board has proposed to take up Housing Scheme at Laxmiguda under Ph-V, Hyderabad. The house to be constructed will be offered on Self Finance Scheme. Applications are invited for registration of their names for allotment of Houses to be constructed. The applicants have to register their names by paying Rs.4,57,300/- for HIG-II houses and Rs.3,80,300/- for HIG-I categories @ 10% of the notified cost as EMD in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Director (EDS) e-seva payable at Hyderabad. Number of house are subject to change. Application forms for allotment of houses can be obtained from the Website of APHB @ http:www.aphb.gov.in/Downloadtabfiles/APPLICATION.pdf and payment of Rs.500/- is to be paid towards the application cost along with the Registration fee. Applications will be downloaded from the A.P. Housing Board Website from 08-07-2013 to 07-08-2013. The last date of receipt of filed in application forms along with EMD is 07-08-2013. Last date for receipt of application for Defence Personnel is 22-08-2013. The applications should reach the office of the Executive Engineer (Hg), South Division, A.P. Housing Board, 6th Floor, Gruhakalpa, Hyderabad 500 001 on or before the above date.

Among at the above categories 30% shall be reserved for Women. This notification shall not confer any right on any applicant for allotment for house. Income limits per month fixed for HIG-II as Rs.35,000/- and above and for HIG-I from Rs.30,000/- to Rs.35,000/-. The A.P. Terms & Conditions:

1.

Final cost of the house will be informed on completion of the scheme.

2. This notification does not confer any right to the application for allotment of the house on mere application. 3. A.P. Housing Board Rules and Regulations & Amendments made from time to time are applicable to this scheme. 4. Percentage of reservation can be seen in the APHB Website.

5. If the applicant fails to surrender the allotment duly seeking refund of EMD within 45 days from the date of receipt of allotment letter or fails to pay further amounts as indicated in the allotment letter, the allotment will be cancelled duly forfeiting the EMD. 6. A.P. Housing Board issues No objection certificate and tripartite agreement for obtaining loans from banks and financial institutions at his risk and responsibility. 7. The EMD paid along with application will be adjusted in the final cost of the house.

8. The A.P. Housing Board reserves the right to take up the scheme or cancel or modify the scheme.
