Plans of the utilities (water supply system, sewerage, electrification) duly signed by the registered Engineer Certificate by the registered Architect as prescribed in Annexure C A structural stability certificate signed by M.S qualified Structural Engineer having min. 5 years experience in structural design with valid PEC registration.(Annexure-D) A soil investigation report prepared and signed by Geo-Technical Engineer Proposed construction schedule Signed and sealed Bye-Laws of PIE (empowered version)

APPLICATION FOR BUILDING WORKS & PLANS A buyer intending to erect the building or factory shall apply in writing to BCE on Form "A" annexed to Bye-Laws Every application shall be accompanied by a No Objection Certificate from EPA (Environment Protection Act) A fire fighting plan shall be submitted on a suitable scale as per requirements of City District Government Fire Department The landscape and storm water drainage plan shall be submitted along with building plans All the plans shall be in triplicate and signed by the buyer and consulting architect and engineers Every builder intending to carry out the building works shall employ a Registered Architect/Engineer to design and supervise. A certificate duly signed by the Registered Architect /Engineer employed under this Regulation shall be obtained by the owner in token of the work or part of the work having been satisfactorily done under his supervision. The site plan must be drawn to scale of not less than 1"=40' showing : 1.The direction of north point Chapter Clause

2.The boundaries of the site 3. NSL of plots , proposed plinth levels and finished floor levels. 4. The position of site in relation to adjacent roads and the level of the site in relation to roads on which it is situated. 5. All buildings and premises within 500 ft of the boundaries of the site. 6. The existing condition of the site whether occupied by a building or not , depressions andother salient features ,if any. 7. The open space to be left inside or about the building to be erected. 8. Any future expansion marked as Phase-II with covered area. The applicant must submit a schedule in the form of Bar Chart of its building along with building plans indicating main activities during construction. Without this schedule, the application for building approval will not be accepted. The Building Plan must be drawn to show: 1. The plan of ground floor and all other additional floor(s) 2. The position and dimensions of all projections beyond the main walls of the building 3. The positions, form and dimensions of proposed sewerage and drainage arrangement 4. The level and width of foundations and level of lowest floor with reference to level of the center of the road on which front of the proposed building abuts 5. The level of the courtyard and open space in the plot 6. The elevation and detail of all sections of building 7. The size of doors , windows , ventilators and openings for each room and covered area on each storey. 8. The assigned space for name of firm and advertisement in the front elevation drawing. 9. The level of the gate plinth will be minimum 9" above the adjacent finished road level (FRL) Building plans shall be prepared on 24"x36" (A1) sheets. 1. Scales permitted for plans is 1"=20' min. but it should not be more than 1"=50'. 2. Deviation from specified scale can only be permitted with the special approval from the PIEDMC. 3. The seal, date and original signature if the Registered Architect/Engineer responsible for the drawings is required on each sheet along with the signature and sealed the Owner/ Authorized representative. 4. Show all street and road alignments on drawings. The building plan shall be prepared in AutoCAD and submitted to BCE in triplicate on 24"x36" sheets with related documents A soft copy of the drawings shall be submitted to BCD in the form of CD , labeled showing the name and application no.

An application submitted shall be registered but not later than 30 days from the date of registeration of an application.
