The presence of a man is more dominating to enforce certain rule for pupils to follow. Woman teachers are like mother figure in school which is not necessarily good for teaching environment. Stricter father figure in man teachers can lead to an edgier education. It is a known fact that men is less push over than women. #en have a tendency to work in a more logical way.
