Introduction

We need to do Case Study 1 about successful entrepreneur in Malaysia. This report is one of the assignments that must be done by student that taking course PB201 Entrepreneurship. This study case is a task for student to find successful entrepreneur in Malaysia to having an interview with them about their background, business background and what their responsibilities and role with a lot of thing. They need to conduct the interview so that they will able to gather information to make a report. So, after we make discussion with group members, we have choose to select of entrepreneur base by the livestock area. An entrepreneur can be defined as an individual who organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of business (Kuratko and Hodgetts,2011). Then, we have choose MOHD YUNUS BRANCH ENT that was performed by MOHD ANUAR BIN YUNUS in TAMAN SERI CEMPAKA , Malacca. We make interview with MOHD ANUAR BIN YUNUS in order to gather information about his company.

Company was based in 1985 where his first manager was Mohd Yunus.This company located in Plaza Inn.This company first name was MOHD YUNUS STORE (M) SDN BHD before changed to MOHD YUNUS BRANCH ENT. Second manager of this company is MOHD ANUAR BIN YUNUS that is MOHD YUNUS son.MOHD YUNUS gives this company to his son because fact of health and old. This company sell clothes such as jeans t shirt slippers and many more that brand LEVIS,EDWIN,LOUIS,GA BLUE and many more. This company can be categories as family business. The capital of this company is about RM 500 k to 1 million. After operating five months, this company move to KOMPLEKS MARA JALAN HANG TUAH AT 1990 because to improve selling product.After that,they move at TAMAN CEMPAKA at 1997.At 2013 they move to DATARAN PAHLAWAN

(EMPEROR EXCHANGE).Now they open at RIVER SIDE HOTEL. Mr. Mohd anuar get their product from the well - known supplier such as LOUIS , LEE , EDWIN , GA BLUE , LEVIS , KICKERS and many more. Mr Anuar also want to make his own brand in future that will be great as the other branded brand. Besides that, Mr. Anuar promote their company through facebook,insta, pamplet and explorer.With this technique, he has improve their selling products and gets the income from Rm 60k to 70 k per month.This company top sale is Rm 400 k when the Hari Raya Aidilfitri.Then,this company has got a good reputation in Malaysia, so its also got a customer from outside from state such as Negeri Sembilan,Johor, Kuala Lumpur and many more. Futhermore, Mr. Anuar also serve as tailor to offer the customer to cut or alter the jeans and shirt to make it more comfortable to the customer.This is just to make a side income.His company motto is "customer is first priority".

This company obtained commendation certificate from Fisheries Department Malacca State namely Sijil Amalan Akuakultur Baik. Apart from that, also receive Industry Training Commendation Certificate for allowing student to undergo Industrial Training in this company.

The Roles and Social Responsibilities of Entrepreneur

Customers This company high quality clothing to ensure customer satisfied with quality company product. Apart from that, this company always strive to ensure the customer got a good care and reasonable price from the product that is selling.

Society / Community Provide job opportunities to locals and this visible when this company take a few locals as employee. This company also gave opportunity to IPT students to make part time job to improve their skill in entreprenuer and business besides to improve marketing of their product.

Suppliers This company build good relations with suppliers so that suppliers continue to obtain high quality of the clothes. After that, accept opinion and suppliers view in ensuring comparable product output with other company product terms of pricing, style and quality.

Staff As a entrepreneur that successfully, Mr. Anuar always concerned on the

worker from health aspect and current security in workplace. If employee sustains accident at the workplace, Mr. Anuar will suffer all medical cost. At the same time, she also offer salary that is reasonable with work and give bonus on employee in every beginning of the year and compensation to fine man.

Competitors This company compete healthily with the competitors in ensuring the product output always wake up the quality. Apart from that, this company also shared and trade idea with the competitor in technique to extend marketing at state level.

Country This company always take care of countrys good name by supplyin g high clothes and sell with reasonable price. Apart from that, always strive to increase countrys name by becoming a most popular supplier in the world. After that, this company will make their own brand to honoured Malaysia name.

Conclusion

For a conclusion, we can conclude of this study case is, this study case giving us a lot of knowledge in conducting interview session with someone that successful in entrepreneurship. We must brave and have good confident level when make interview with someone. The questions that we want ask must be related with his/her background education. Besides that, we also got knowledge in how to run and manage a business with well.

After that, what can we said is we also be expose with the value of intelligent in understand others, works in a group, learn how to put on strategy and also we learn from Mr. Mohd Anuar Bin Yunus is always hear others opinion and comment and take it as our start to improve better. Finally, we can say that from this study case we learn a lot about the way to become an entrepreneur in doing entrepreneurship. We also can associate this study case with this course.
