1. Give a positive and a negative operational definition of the term Grade. a. Positive operational definition: i. Grade is the equivalent numerical value on the output of the student from the evaluation given by the teacher. b. Negative operational definition: i. Grade is bribe from the teacher for the favor from the student. Example: the student is buying a product (tocino, longganisa, tapa, avon) from the teacher that will have an equivalent grade from the teacher direct to the class record. 2. Why is it not possible for schools to educate students without grading them? a. It is not possible to schools to educate students without grade because students performance should assess on the grades and evaluate the students performance on the school and find out the strength and weakness of the student. Upon knowing the weakness the student can give more effort to those subjects that he/she less performs in the class and encourage more performance on their strength. 3. What is wrong with this statement: "I will study my lessons and go to school to have a high grade" a. On the statement I will study my lessons and go to school to have a high grade, we study because we want to seek knowledge and acquire more skills and improve the mental and social abilities of the student. Grade is only the second thing to consider its only the reflection on the school performance of the student in the school. 4. Scrutinize DepEd Order No. 92, s. 2009. Prove that it is unreliable, invalid and inadequate. a. In the DepEd Order No. 92, s. 2009 i. Criteria are more on the favoritism on the students with some of the activity that is biased to them and other on the top 10 in the class cannot be join because of the factors. some of the teacher giving the point goes on the biased base and the rating is not that favorable for all the event that the students join. Some of the event is super biased only on the first 2 top ten not on the whole class and also deserve to have the ranking on the honor list.l 5. Why should teachers give non-objective exams, but should grade them objectively? a. Non-objective exams is the evaluation base on the self-assessment on the student from his/her on mental capabilities from the students and rate those exams base on the understanding of the students on the subject matter of the examination. 6. Explain the process of making a rubric. Use an empirical example. a. The output, content and quality of work are the factors in making a rubric. The criteria are exemplary, acceptable, developing. For example making a rubric in an video presentation:

a. 8. Explain the factors why traditional teachers are becoming "extinct" in this new era of learning. a. Now a days traditional teacher are less effective because they are more essentialist on teaching and not knowing the multiple intelligences of their students. Now a days constructivist teacher are more effective in assessing and evaluating on the performance of their student with multiple-intelligence. 9. How do you motivate students through the four types of reinforcements? a. Positive Reinforcement i. I can motivate my students in positive reinforcement by giving them a reward that can motivate them to study hard and increase their knowledge with their subjects. For example a student is not that kind of active in the class but giving a him/her a position of president/leader can motivate him to be active and study hard to fulfill his/her duty in the class. b. Negative Reinforcement i. I can motivate them in negative reinforcement when they make a not so good thing on the class or in the school to avoid more not so good things to happen. For example one of the class student vandalize on the wall of the school, the student should be talk by teacher and the guidance counselor that he/she made are wrong. c. Punishment i. Punishment is a kind of motivate my student to teach them with proper values and conduct and make them punish for the thing that they made depraved for themselves. d. Extinction i. For example: teacher who reinforce a child's fighting on a partial schedule have a very difficult time extinguishing the fighting behavior. 10. Explain the concept "ENGAGEMENT" vis-a-vis teaching strategies that work. a. Engagement is the proper way to teach the student will. The proper engagement in the class has an impact to the learning of the students. The teacher has a proper focus on the developing on the growth of learning and skills of their students and the values formation of the class. Those engagement are made to be helpful for them.
