Your tasks and responsibilities: The Human Resources (HR) department at the Regional Office in Singapore is responsible for driving the HR activities in the Mercedes-Benz Sales organization. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR for the Regional Office, based in Singapore, in coordinating and tracking the HR strategic initiatives and activities, and provide general communication for HR amongst the Senior Leadership Team. You will focus on developing the HR Strategy, as well as on talent development. You will work closely with the HR departments to define and roll out the HR Operating Model, and also the HR communication concept. Other than conducting research for HR topics, you will also need to gather information from the different countries for the regional strategy. You will create management decision papers and proposals for senior leadership presentations for the HR Head.

Your profile: You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business & Economics, Business Studies, International Management, Psychology or Social sciences with an above-average grade (Ideally Masters degree. If you have a Bachelors degree you should be able to show at least 6 months of relevant work experience.) A major in HR or related fields and related work experience (including internships) will be preferred. You are passionate about automobiles. You have obtained several months of experience abroad. You enjoy working on complex issues both independently and as part of a team in doing so, you show us that you would like to assume a role in coordination and management, are eager to assume responsibility quickly and have the ability to inspire people. Your tasks and responsibilities: The Project Management Office (PMO), Planning and Governance in IT Infrastructure (ITI) department is responsible for cross functional and regional tasks by liaising and developing close working relationships with various Headquarter departments. The department is responsible for the planning and operation of IT infrastructure. It also serves the task as governance function as well as service provider function. Governance includes planning networks for data, video and voice communication and workplace infrastructure. Primary service provider includes operations and support for applicants in regional and local data centers. Your main role is to manage the regional Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) function. You will also be assigned to manage and perform the PMO function for a work package of a big scale top down global project from Headquarter.

Your profile: You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business Studies, Business Informatics or Information Technology with an above-average grade (Ideally Masters degree. If you have a Bachelors degree you should be able to show at least 6 months of relevant work experience.) A major in Controlling and/or Planning/Reporting and related work experience (including internships) will be preferred. You are passionate about automobiles. Your tasks and responsibilities: Daimler Financial Services (DFS) supports the sales of Daimler Groups automobile brands with financial services which range from financing and leasing to insurance and fleet management. The regional DFS office for AAP (Africa, Asia Pacific) region is located in Singapore. It plays a pi votal role for DFSs business development in AAP markets. IT Financial Services Center of Competence team (ITF/OC) for AAP region is supporting DFS AAP regional management team with efficient & effective IT solutions. Furthermore, ITF/OC is also an integral part of the overall IT organization and closely collaborates with IT Sales & Marketing Center of Competence (ITP/OC) team to provide IT solutions to our dealers & end customers. You will be required to be consultants to our business partners, work with digital teams to develop roadmap for technical innovation, proactively monitor, drive and evaluate the progress of digital stabilization and transformation. .

Your profile: You have completed or are about to complete a degree in Business Studies or Informatics, Economics, Industrial, Business or Software Engineering, International Management, Information Technology or Computer Science with an above-average grade (Ideally Masters degree. If you have a Bachelors degree you should be able to show at least 6 months of relevant work experience.) A major in Financing, Supply Chain Management and/or Automotive fields and related work experience (including internships) in Financial Service Sector with Digital Project or Project Management will be preferred. You are passionate about automobiles. You have obtained several months of experience abroad.
