EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE DURING THE TASK, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND. CAUTION : MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. (c) Remove the nuts (8) and disconnect the electrical wires (7). (d) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (13). (e) Loosen the screws (13) and remove the cover (14). (f) Remove the nuts (12) and disconnect the electrical wires (11). (g) Record the position and the number of the clamps (18) and the spacers (15) for the installation procedure. (h) Remove the bolts (20), the washers (19), the spacers (15), the clamps (18), the washers (16) and the nuts (17). (i) Safety the electrical wires (7) and (11) to the galley. (2) Disconnection of the electrical connectors: (a) Disconnect the electrical connectors 10ML-A (5) and 6003VC-A (6). (b) Put a CAP - BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector. (c) Remove and discard the tie wraps (4). (d) Safety the electrical connector 10ML-A (5) to the galley. (e) Safety the electrical connector 6003VC-A (6) to the aircraft structure. (3) Disconnection of the bonding straps: CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL WIRE(S) IS(ARE) DISCONNECTED BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BONDING STRAP(S). CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S) IS(ARE) DISCONNECTED BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BONDING STRAP(S). (a) Remove the bolts (1) and the washers (2) and disconnect the bonding straps (3). (b) Remove and discard the tie wraps (4). (c) Safety the bonding straps (3) to the galley.

(b) Disconnect the waste water connection: WARNING : ALWAYS USE RUBBER GLOVES WHEN YOU DO WORK: - ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM, OR - ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM. WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE WORK PROCEDURE, CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION (WASTE WATER IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH). 1 2 3 Push back the insulation hose (12). (f) Safety the locknut (15) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-018). (3) TORQUE the bolt (19) to between 1.38 and 1.79 m.daN (10.18 and 13.20 lbf.ft). (4) Put the attachment assembly (11) with the tie rod (10) in position and install the washers (12) and the screws (13). (5) TORQUE the screws (13) to between 0.565 and 0.904 m.daN (50.00 and 80.00 lbf.in). (6) Put the tie rod (10) in position and install the bolt (7), the washer (6) and the nut (5). NOTE : The bolt (7) must be easy to install. (7) If necessary, adjust the tie rod: WARNING : WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE.
