Notes : 1. The Company has issued and allotted 30,92,310 equity shares in the ratio of five fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for every thirteen fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the Shareholders of erstwhile Optic Fibre Goa Limited on the Record Date i.e. 29th August, 2006. The audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2006, approved on September 5 ,2006, included the accounts of erstwhile Optic Fibre Goa Limited which has merged with the Company, w.e.f. April 1, 2005. The results and EPS for the quarters ended June 2006, September 2005 and half year ended September 2005 have been recast/restated. The Company had no investor complaints pending at the beginning of the Quarter. 29 (Twenty Nine) complaints were received and disposed off during the Quarter ended 30th September, 2006. The above results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2006 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and have been taken on record in a Meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 27th day of October, 2006 and reviewed by the Statutory Auditors.
