January 2014 Newsletter

Happy New Year Everyone! Well, 2014 is here and so far it has been a busy but productive month for our family. Here's a glimpse of what God's been doing in South Africa this month at Tabitha ministries. Reaching the Lost One Person and Parcel at a Time!
As God has sent us out, we have continued to engage the lost people of Sweetwaters on home visits as we deliver food parcels. We prayed with many patients and had the privilege of leading another patient to Jesus Christ. Pray for Nomusa our new sister in Christ as she battles may illnesses but is so excited about her new relationship with Christ and loved receiving her new Zulu Bible. What a time of celebration!

Come, Now is the Time to Worship! Every Sunday we load up the cars and head up The Mountain to Hilton Baptist Church. There our family worships with our Tabitha Family and then off to Sunday school the kids go to learn a Bible verse and hear an age appropriate Bible story. There may be a little snack along the way as well !

The View from World View Sometimes after church, we go on outings. Here we are taking the kids to a scenic point called World View. We are showing them Pietermaritzburg from a vantage point they have never seen before. Thomas is pointing towards the location of the Mall. I got asked to point towards where America is located. When your 7, the world is flat I guess. HA!
