1. Proposed Title of Dissertation Defining leadership and styles of leadership followed by the leaders in various organization with an Ethical perspective 2. An Introduction As the business environment is becoming more and more stormy and competitive, it becomes very difficult and confusing for the business leaders and management of the organization to distinguish between the rights and wrong from time to time. The question of what is ethical and what is unethical remains a point of concern. Today, in some modern organizations it is difficult to fight against unethical leadership practices such as selfishness, theft, lying and Injustice. Today, many leaders focus on their own interests, and they do not care if their employees were satisfied or not. This kind of leaders frustrates employees and create very bad climate in organizations. As a selfobservation in my organization, I found how bad leadership practicescould create bad employees and how bad employees could create many problems that could affect quality levels of performance, production, and dealing with customers. Thereby, it will create a deteriorating of reputation, significant decline in competition and a loss in profits.Bowie and Schneider (2011). The need for decreasing immoral and illegal practices is very important to keep organizations healthy, wealthy and with high standard of quality. Aim: To advance understanding of the impact Leadership Practices in Several Organizations

Objectives: Studying ethics and business ethics in general and strategic point of view. Identifying ethical leadership theories and practices. Collecting the dimensions of unethical leadership practices and the impacts inside organizations. Inspecting the practices, styles, experiences, and the awareness of ethical and unethical leadership in several cases. Creating a framework that simplified ethical leadership philosophies and make it easy to practice. The research question will be the following: How important is ethics in effective leadership? Can leaders be ethical and still achieve the goals set for them? To what extent are ethics followed by the leaders?

Go through few past incidences in various organizations and see how leaders have followed ethics and how they havent followed the same, finally analyze if something different could be done by those leaders at that time?

3. looking at the Literature Available 500-750 Ethics issues in business and leadership become more important and more concerned globally especially after the global economic crisis. Crane and Matten (2010) focused on how business ethics could effect positively and negatively on globalization and sustainability. Also, how ethics and law are connected. They explained the ethical impacts of globalization on different stakeholder groups such as shareholders, employees, consumers etc.

Ciulla (2003) highlighted very important points about the following: 1- Leaders has great effect on a great number of people than any other individual. 2- Not just leaders should be held a higher ethical standard but also the followers. The followers could have the ability to influence the morality of their leaders.

If we need to get deep understanding of organizational ethics and it's dimensions, it is very important to Study and investigate ethics inside organizations through several main leadership competencies such as decision-making, conflict management, negotiation, influence, building ethical organizations etc. This is what Johnson (2012) takes readers through his book. In addition, he wrote another book that concentrated on light and shadow of leadership. Analyzing these two dimensions through several qualities and values. However, the importance of leaders and their impact were clear in his book. He said," Leaders have the power to illuminate the lives of followers or to cover them in darkness" Johnson (2012) Kellerman (2004)studied seven types of bad leadership. This study will help to understand the characteristics of each type, the actions and motivations. Also, she described the effects and the actions of the followers in each type. She used many critical and logical questions that help to get clear pictures about bad leaders and their practices.

Millar and Eve (2011) tracked many organizational scandals and provide several perspectives around the world. They studied different leadership issues in Nicaragua, Romania, United Kingdom and Nigeria. These studies will help to have a deep intentional view of ethical leadership They saidThe world of practice is discussing seriously what changes to implement more rules, fewerrules, codes of practice or not, and so on. There is now an increased willingness in the business world to change and adapt to new standards of behavior.Its show the importance of this ethical leadership today and how it is a global issue. Andrew (2013)drew a roadmap that helps to build ethical organization. He wrote nice definition of Ethical leadership. He said uses that moral compass to steer personal actions and the companys. You and your senior colleagues set the tone, and this is what leadership is ultimately all about.He explained the required steps for organizations and also individuals to create ethical environment that help reducing unethical practices. Also, Marvin Brown has dig deeply to find solutions to build strong integrity inside the corporate through facing the challenges and modeling practical solution. He focused on the five dimensions of corporate integrity which are cultural, interpersonal, organizational, social and natural. Brown (2006) Brian Tracy the well-known author and trainer highlighted in his last book in leadership the integrity as one of the concepts of the book. The title of that concept was Integrity: The Essential Quality of Leadership! Hefought against cheating. He focused on keeping promises, telling the truth and fairness. Tracy (2014)

4. Research Methodologies 250 To inspect practices, styles, experiences, and the awareness of ethical and unethical leadership in several cases over the world. This research will be carried out in 5 steps: First a research problem will be selected, Then introduction to the problem will be chalked out, which will include introduction to the topic and basic insights about leadership, In-depth information on the topic of leadership will follow next, this information will be collected through both primary and secondary data,

Then the information so collected will be analyzed using various tools,

Finally drawing conclusions as to what the research eventually turned Out to be in relation to the research question. To inspect practices, styles, experiences, and the awareness of ethical and unethical leadership in several cases over the world.

5. Data Collection And Analysis 250 Data Collection Primary data: Preparing a list of Questionnaire in the form of questionnaire and getting it filled from various employees in different organizations thereby getting the first hand information about the way leaders perform in practice, Also interviewing some of the leaders from different organization and understand the role of ethics in business scenario, Secondary data: Analyzing several related cases from recognized sources like: Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies Harvard Business School Publishing for educator Wiley online library Darden Business Publishing The Case Centre Data can be of two types: Qualitative data: - Data which is mostly concerned with theories and less concerned with numbers and quantities, in this research we would use this type of data the most. Quantitative Data:- This is a form of data where in numbers and quantities are concerned wit, this data can be used only for question are and for summarizing the opinions of the interviewees, thus this type of data will be used in a very small proportion here in this research. Framework for Data Analysis The data collected through the primary and secondary sources would be analyzed, as most of the data collected would be qualitative and not quantitative thus we would use qualitative analysis methods like checking the data and suitability to the research and there on.
