DAILY LESSON PLAN

LESSON SUMMARY : Teacher show the students a picture of fruit. Students will tell their favourite fruits. Teacher will ask questions about the pictures shown. Teacher will then explain and guide students to write simple and compound sentences. For the practice stage, students will be divided into 6 groups and write a few sentences based on flashcard given to them. For production stage, students will be asked to accomplish the worksheets given.

CONTENT STANDARD 3.2 By the end of the 6- year primary schooling, pupils will be able to write using appropriate language, form and style for a range of purposes

LEARNING STANDARD 3.2.2 Able to write with guidance: (a) simple sentences (b) compound sentences

PUPILS` PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE: Pupils have learnt how to write simple sentences OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to write simple and compound sentences correctly.
