Background Information Library facilities are very important in education institution these days as students use these facilities for use their services and find information about their course. The library services that are provided in Ungku Omar Polytechnic (UOP) are not as good as the students would hoped for: The library services are inadequate. The existing library services are not properly maintained. The library serviced is not sufficient. Students are forced to look other alternatives outside of UOP such as public libraries etc.

3. Purpose To evaluate students satisfaction in using library services at UOP. To investigate the problems related to library services at UOP. To propose ways to improve the library services at UOP. 4. Research Questions How satisfied are the students with the library services? What are the problems related to the library services? How can the library services be improved?

Dear valued respondents, We are fourth semester students pursuing a diploma course in Civil Engineering at Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh. We are conducting a survey to complete a mini project for AE501 Communicative English 3. The survey is about students satisfaction using the library services at Ungku Omar Polytechnic (UOP).
