Program Development and expansion which grew the agency from a $1.6 million budgeted to a $4.2 million behavioral healthcare organization. Re-engineered fiscal department thereby ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all billing activities. Initiated and implemented a new management information system, upgraded communication/telephone/computer system which improved business operations. Contracted with an in-house pharmacy to improve accessibility to medications for consumers and direct service staff.
