DARRELL ISSA VICTORY FUND - Legal Disclaimers:

The Darrell Issa Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee (“JFC”) composed of: Issa for Congress (“Campaign”), Invest in a Strong and Secure America – ISSA PAC (“PAC”), and the National Republican Congres- sional Committee (“NRCC”) (collectively “the Committees”).

Any contributions to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), 2 U.S.C. §§ 431 et seq., from donors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the following meth- od:

  • 1. The first $2,600 from an individual donor shall be allocated to ISSA FOR CONGRESS for the primary election in 2014,

  • 2. The next $2,600 from an individual donor shall be allocated to ISSA FOR CONGRESS for the general election in 2014,

  • 3. The next $5,000 from an individual donor shall be allocated

by FECA according to this allocation formula. Any contribution that would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal contribution limit, even after re-allocation, or is otherwise impermissible under FECA shall be refund-

ed to the contributor. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution

to a specific participating Committee(s), to the extent permissible by FECA.

Any contributor may make his or her contribution payable directly to any of

the specific participating Committee(s) listed in the Preamble to this Notice.

Any such designated contribution that causes the contributor to exceed the contribution limit to the designated Committee shall not be reallocated by the JFC absent the prior written permission of the contributor as required by law.

Contributions to the JFC, or any of the participating committees indi- vidually, are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and prohibitions.
