*Sample Proposal for Video Surveillance Systems Home and Business

The following proposal reflects a basic 4 camera system with the following capabilities. Camera systems usually start with 1 camera, 1 monitor and 1 recording device. (DVR Digital Video Recorder) This sample proposal is designed to give you an example of costs associated with a basic indoor 4 camera system.

Provide the following capabilities.

Provide recording using DVR multiplexer recording only when camera detects motion in its viewing range. Provide time and date stamp each time any camera detects activity within its range for easy retrieval. On playback system will provide easy retrieval of activity on any computer tied into system on premise. System has built in DVR burner to document specific activity for easy viewing on CD ROM/ All aspects of system control could be performed on or off site from any computer (software provided and must be loaded.) All wiring will be to applicable code using Plenum as required. All equipment to be located into office area (unless otherwise specified.) 1 main power supply will be used providing surge protection and uninterruptible power to system in the event of a power failure.

Price includes all aspects of installation, programming and 1 year warranty Extension warranty available at a cost of 15% per year of the total cost of this Installation. Monitor provided at office location to view store activity. Please refer to parts breakdown below.
