Calls for increased enforcement of an open anti-drug legislation by polish government, in order to stop the main causes of drug

trade in this region, through: a) eliminating the the spread of corruption that leads to forming terrorist and anti-governmental groups who thrive on the profits from controlling drug trades through spreading the names of eminent drug traffickers and cartels in order to make them easier to catch and stop b) imposing open policies and laws regarding the plantation, transportation, and trade of drugs c)achieving security and stability in the region to prohibit cartels from illegal drug trafficking and other illegal activities as well as fighting against money laundering and arms Enforces increased border security by, a) increasing port safety for land air and sea entry into Poland b) increasing customs controls on non-EU citizens c) increasing the military presence Recommends clear legislations and policies regarding the cultivation of drug crops, including a) the permission of this process only for scientific reasons and research, in adittion to the states monitoring of these researches Calls upon the Europol D.U. to expand its work in fighting against drug trafficking within EU through: a) providing technical and professional counseling and training about counter-drug cartels officers and troops b) increasing the authority of drug prevention programs within the supervision of Europol/ UNODC such as i. Global Youth Network Against Drug Abuse ii. Global Initiative on Primary Prevention of Substances Abuse c) assisting in law enforcement and reformations d) maintaining sufficient information and annual reports on drug related crimes by drug cartels and traffickers e) diversifying its counter-narcotic projects Urges for the strengthening of the police and military role in combating against the drug trade through a) organizing regular police and military detections on far hillsides where drug plants cultivation is common due to the fact that these arenas arent often supervised or checked b) clear land titling, in order to prevent drug plants growers from

exploiting local lands Calls upon the government to raise public awareness about the dangers and consequences of drug trafficking and abuse, through a) mass media facilities i. TV advertisements and informative videos on the importance of the issue ii. radio programs and interviews with experts on the issue iii. billboards in rural areas about the illegal drug trade iv. organizing public seminars b) organizing conferences especially in rural areas i. emphasize on the importance of the problem ii. present facts and examples iii. further advertise the issue c) publishing reports d) distributing brochures
