I started this journey ti become a doctor, 11 years ago. I could

not imagine how it would be. I passed the entrance exam
formedicine UFBa and I was 17 years old guy. I was very
prepared for exam but little prepared for the day-day medicine.
After six years of university, I made another important decision,
I chose to specialize in neurosurgery and I attended five years
of residencein the Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte. Now I am
30 year old and I realize that I have spent most of my life in
a hospital.
This book is a small cutout of my thoughts, of my concerns in
this process. I hope that you enjoy this book.
