Training & Consulting in Systematic Innovation
INTRODUCTION
During the last century, TRIZ‐based systematic innovation has been producing considerable impact
on innovation worldwide. Leading companies learn and use TRIZ and Systematic Innovation to
solve both long‐term and short‐term problems and generate concepts of new products and
services. Based on more than 50 years of scien fic studies and revision of about 400.000 patents,
TRIZ helps to drastically accelerate innovation process by offering tools and techniques for
systematic situation analysis, problem solving and new ideas development by combining
systematic thinking and creativity.
THE TRAINER:
Valeri Souchkov, M.Sc, internationally recognized expert and trainer with
experience in delivering systematic innovation training and consulting
worldwide since 1988, co‐founder of Invention Machine Corp. and the
European TRIZ Association, certified by founder of TRIZ G. Altshuller.
Currently he heads ICG Training & Consulting located in Enschede, The
Netherlands, and is invited lecturer on TRIZ and systematic innovation of
the University of Twente. Among his clients: Capgemini, DSM, DuPont, LG
Electronics, Océ, Philips, POSCO, Sensata, Shell, Siemens, Unilever, TNT
Post, as well as universi es and governmental organiza ons. In 2000, his course on systema c
innovation for technology was named “The best course on innovation” by LG Group Learning
Center in Seoul, South Korea. Valeri Souchkov is the author of this course and developer of several
TRIZ and Systematic Innovation techniques which will be learned during the course.
OUTCOME
• Understanding of the methodology by the participants.
• Ability to use the learned techniques by the participants independently in their
everyday activities.
• Learning the technology of problem solving: Basic problem analysis and solving techniques
are presented and explained in detail by learning from previous case studies.
• A number of new directions, recommendations and solution concepts related to
solving the participants’ problems generated during the training sessions.
