Pfeiffers Inspiration and Progress pumps Minimum size - maximum flexibility

The cosmetics and fragrance market constantly requires smaller pumps in order to have increased flexibility for packaging design. To meet the markets requirements, Pfeiffer has developed Inspiration and Progresstwo very small and discrete pumps. The pumps were created to be as unobtrusive as possible, and both are geared to the highand middle-end fragrance market. Inspiration and Progress offer important technical advantages to meet the fragrance markets high standards: Inspiration is a crimp pump with a stake height of 10.8mm for 70l; also available for 100l doses with a stake height of 12.4mm. Progress is the crimpless version with a stake height of 11.6mm for 70l doses and 13.0mm for 100l doses. Both pumps offer the following advantages: Available closures: FEA crimp 13mm and 15mm Successfully tested at 60C, 4 weeks No metal parts are in contact with the product, which avoids issues of compatibility. The metal spring is outside the dosage chamber and a plate valve replaces the metal ball Low actuation force of between 20 and 24 N Crystal dip-tube and invisible cylinder allow the pump to be as discrete as possible

The super-low-profile crimp- and crimpless-version pumps give customers the flexibility and the freedom to choose and freely design their packaging. Pfeiffers Progress pump offers another advantage - the integrated cache pompe. The crimpless version is delivered as one unit, integrating actuator, outer shell and basic pump. The Progress pump thus offers logistical advantages, such as cost and time reductions and fewer risks during transport. It also reduces technical difficulties, which can occur when a number of suppliers become involved. The new generation of spray pumps allows Pfeiffer to confirm its position as a reliable supplier for the high- and middle-end fragrance market.
