Time Activity Resources

11.00 Zoe: Introduction

11.05 Asher: (2 of) Bag of balls
Stretches: sports stretches to wake people up, get the Envelopes with questions in
blood flowing and people laughing at themselves/one them
another.
Group juggling: Balls thrown around the circle in order
with people shouting out names. Increasing in
complexity and number of balls. Green balls go forwards,
red go backwards, throw in other colours to confuse
things.
Envelopes: Split into small groups each group has an
envelope, with silly questions in. Take it in turns to pull
out a question and answer it.

Time Activity Resources

11.40 Bring group together to write up a code of conduct Pens

Explain about simplicity: Paper
Rather than using a long list of rules a short simple
statement can work better (e.g. ‘respect yourself, each
other and your environment’, ‘treat other people as you
would like to be treated’)
Using the words from before (and the Golden Co values)
as inspiration put people into small groups (2 or 3 per
group) and get them to write down suggestions for a
code of conduct.
11.50 Share all the ideas and decide on one or amalgamate Flipchart
Markers
12.00 Finish

Additional idea if needed:

Leadership triangles
• Where do you place yourself?
o Ability/Knowledge/Skill – Decisive – Charisma
