Procedure for applying for extension in the payment of fee by continuing students For continuing students, request for

extension in the payment of fee can only be made if 25% to 50% of the fee due has been paid by the student. Howe er, in case of bank loans, the request for extension in the payment of full fee can be made, if required . !he request for extension should be made up to two months from the schedule due date of payment of fee. !here should not be any dues pending for the pre ious term"s#. For this the parent of the student should send an application "as per annexure$%# citing the reason for extension in payment of fee. !he application must be sent through &ost'(&)'*peed &ost')ourier from their home town to the address mentioned below, so that is should reach the (ni ersity at least one wee+ before the due date of payment of fee of the student for necessary processing. ,nly under exceptional circumstances, a fax may be sent to 0-.2/$500001. !he student should also submit an application on the prescribed proforma "as per annexure$ %%# to the 2epartment of 3ccounts. %t is to be noted here that in case of non$receipt of letter for extension in payment of fee from the parent, the requisite processing would not be initiated. *tudent and parent of the student are responsible for any postal delay. ,nly those guardian"s# whose name has been mentioned in the admission form can submit an application for their ward for extension in payment of fee. !he (ni ersity may or may not accept the application for extension in payment of fee. !he communication done earlier in this regard will no longer be applicable.
