The attendees will also be challenged to grab a page from the notebook of champions, when we look at the necessity for continual training (growth, development, practice & preparation) and focus (getting rid of the noise). Class 3: The Core: 12 Foundational Values of Highly Successful Leaders (Teams)

When we are developing as strong leaders or building strong teams it is mission critical to get everyone on the same page and moving in the same direction. The best way to do this is through the establishment of clear, concise and easy to identify and understand guidelines. You, as well as those you lead, must accept these guidelines as non-negotiables. I refer to them as The Core. These are traditionally looked at 1 value at a time. However, the attendees in this class will walk away with a clear understanding of all 12 Core Values, including but not limited to Buy-in, Innovative, Servanthood, Excellence, Commitment, Passion and more!

Class 5: The DNA of Empowered Leaders

I prescribe to the school of thought, which believes that great leaders are not necessarily born, but that they can be developed. However, I do believe that all great leaders have very similar traits and characteristics. There are too many traits to put in a 2-hour course, but I will highlight what I believe to be some of the most important traits. Amongst those covered in this class, we will look at the need for continual personal development, personal discipline and daily diligence!

Investigating Employee Misconduct

Thomas W. Scroggins & Brooke M. Nixon, Tanner & Guin, LLC

Modern employment litigation frequently focuses not on what an employee did that was wrong, but how the employer came to the conclusion that the employee did it.
