Be it any tas( related to calculations and thorough analysis, going for orporate Advisory Services has become one of the most beneficial options these days. The main purpose of the project is to understand the 'hole concept of orporate !inancial Advisory and its services of -ebt Syndication, "&uity !inancing 3 orporate Advisory Service. The project has been divided into t'o parts. In initial chapters of the project 'as given to general concept ,need, advantages and disadvantages of some of the services carried out for -ebt Syndication*eg. $roject !inance, )or(ing apital, orporate %oan, SM" !inance etc.+, "&uity !unding * $rivate "&uity, 1enture apital etc.+ and orporate Advisory Services * Mergers 3 Ac&uisitions, -ebt #efinancing, -ebt #estructuring etc.+. The later chapters cover the various processes for -ebt Services and the processes for "&uity Services.

The study see(s to collect information from the concerned person about the services offered and the process of ho' the service is delivered. The different processes of different services are presented. The study covers all the services provided and is categorically divided into 45 chapters.
