ABSTRAK

Kajian yang dilakukan ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap integriti guru dalam pelaksanaan Penilaian Berasaskan Sekolah berdasarkan Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR) dan mengenal pasti adakah terdapat perbezaan integriti guru semasa penilaian murid berdasarkan pengalaman mengajar serta mengenal pasti usaha untuk meningkatkan integriti guru dalam proses penilaian murid berasaskan KSSR. Seramai 70 orang guru yang berperanan sebagai sampel kajian terlibat dalam kajian ini. Melalui kajian ini juga, pengkaji menghuraikan maksud integriti dalam konteks pendidikan dan penilaian murid berasaskan KSSR. Pengkaji juga menghuraikan ciri-ciri guru berkesan yang menjadi tonggak dalam amalan integriti semasa pelaksanaan penilaian. Dapatan kajian diperolehi melalui item-item soalan dalam borang soal selidik yang dibina oleh pengkaji. Kesemua data diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) Versi 18.0. Pengkaji juga mengutarakan beberapa saranan dan cadangan penambahbaikan untuk para guru, pentadbiran sekolah, penggubal dasar pelajaran serta pengkaji-pengkaji masa akan datang bagi memantapkan lagi keberkesanan pelaksanaan KSSR. Kajian juga menunjukkan tahap integriti guru sekolah rendah kebangsaan ketika pelaksanaan penilaian murid berdasarkan KSSR adalah berada pada tahap tinggi dengan min 4.44.

ABSTRACT

The study conducted is to identify the level of integrity of the teacher in the implementation of the School-Based Assessment based on the Standard Curriculum for Primary Schools ( KSSR ) and identifies significant differences in the integrity of the current teacher evaluation based on student teaching experiences and to identify efforts to improve the integrity of the teachers in the evaluation process students based on the KBSR . A total of 70 teachers who serve as the sample in this study . Through this study , researchers describe the meaning of integrity in the context of education and student assessment based on the KSSR . The researcher also describes the characteristics of an effective teacher is to be the cornerstone in the practice of integrity in the performance evaluation findings obtained through question items in the questionnaire designed by the researcher . All data are processed and analyzed using the Statistic Package for Social Science ( SPSS ) version 18.0 . The researcher also highlights a number of recommendations and suggestions for improvement for teachers , school administrators , policy makers and researchers the future to further enhance the effectiveness of the USSR . The study also showed the national integrity of the primary school teachers during the implementation of student assessment is based on the KSSR was high with a mean of 4:44 .
