Functions Points

There will be 3 level of Users:


a)Abacus Super User
b) Abacus Administration
c) Abacus Clients User

1. Super Admin: Add/Edit/Delete Admin User


2. Super Admin: Delete Any File hierarchy, or combinations of these.
3. Abacus Admin Team: Add/Edit/Delete Clients
4. Abacus Admin Team: Upload/delete file, Move file one to other folder
5. Abacus Admin Team: assign with new company name, color scheme and logo for
new clients
6. Company User: File Reader
7. Company User: Login/Forgot password/Edit profile

1.1 SuperAdmin

1.1.1 Description and Priority


Super Admin is the Abacus Site owner and he have all kind of access on site like
to manage Admin User, Company, Client, Client's User, Files etc. He can upload
newsletter, Staff handbook, Policy Documents or any other notice kind of
document that will be visible by each user of the system.
3.1.2 Functional Requirements

1. Add/Edit/Delete Admin users.

2. Add/Edit/Delete Company.

3. Add/Edit/Delete Client respective of Company.

4. Add/Edit/Delete Client User respective of Company.

5. Upload Newsletter,Staff Handbook, Policy Document etc and send to all user

6. Manage file system at user request

7. Advance Search with filter of client, company,Client User etc.

8. Separate news letter module to subscribe/Unsubscribe on request.

1.2 Abacus Admin Team

3.2.1 Description and Priority


Admin Users are the Abacus Administration member created by Site owner and
they have all kind of access on site like to manage Company, Client, Client's
User, Files etc. He can upload newsletter, Staff handbook, Policy Documents or
any other notice kind of document that will be visible by each user of the system.
3.2.2 Functional Requirements

1. Add/Edit/Delete Company.

2. Add/Edit/Delete Client respective of Company.

3. Add/Edit/Delete Client User respective of Company.

4. Upload Newsletter,Staff Handbook, Policy Document etc and send to all user

5. Manage file system at user request

6. Advance Search with filter of client, company,Client User etc.

3.4.1 Description and Priority
