Technical Specifications
Rod is manufactured using 1536 carbon steel, 4120 alloy and/or 4330 alloy The Alloys contain increased chromium, molybdenum and nickel content for added corrosion resistance 13/16, 7/8, 1 and 1 1/8 available For rotary applications:
1 rod torque range from 970 to 1240 ft/lbs 1 1/8 rod torque range from 1380 to 1770 ft/lbs

The Delivery System


Rod is transported on 18 ft. reels on trailers to the well site. These trailers can handle one or two reels each These specially designed reels allow the rod to bend but not yield Less Handling

A pair of hydraulically powered opposing chains Mounted above the wellhead Coiled Rod is fed into the top of the X-celeratorTM
Down through the opposing chains

Side force applied by the chains to the rod grab the rod Speed and direction of the chains will install or remove the rod quickly, safely and efficiently
