Duties and Responsibilities Trouble shooting, fault tracing and configuring of ERICSSON RBS and Microwave Equipments. Tracing faults inEricsson RBS and solving several alarms due to software and hardware issues and using related software such as OMT(RBS 2G) &Element Manager (RBS 3G )etc. Involve in Acceptance Test of all Ericsson GSM components. Configuring and checking External alarm issues. Solving faults in ERICSSON RBS (2G, 3G) and MICROWAVE. Tracing microwave issues due to wrong configuration or Ericsson IDU & ODU issues. Solving E1 issues such as ABL, AIS,LOS, BER etc, testing and tracing of E1 at microwave, crone and also at fibre end, E1 looping, tracing and changing DDF faulty channels Involved for all the PAT procedure for Ericsson 2G/3G systems (Testing, simulate for the external and internal alarms & Troubleshooting). Trouble shooting the ASC (Antenna System Control), RET (Remote Electrical Tilting) CONNECTERS FOR Ericsson 2G& 3G FEEDERS.
