Serial ATA Hard drive interconnects The AcerPower F5 supports the latest hard drive connection via Serial ATA which allows throughput up to ATA-300 standards. Connectivity In order to bring you everything you want as fast as possible, the AcerPower F5 comes ready with a total of 8 USB 2.0 ports (2x internal), on-board Gigabit Ethernet to support external ADSL and Cable modem, as well as the option of an internal 56Kbps V.90 data/fax modem. Certification The AcerPower F5 series is enhanced with compliance to: C-tick standards; Microsoft PC2001 specifications; ENERGY STAR standards. Micro-tower Design The AcerPower F5 micro-tower housing design provides total structural integrity and durability. The micro-tower measures 420mm(D) x 180mm(W) x 360mm(H), with a total of two 5.25 and three 3.5 drive bays available.

Based on the ATI RADEON Xpress 200 engine and offering better performance than Intels GMA900 solution, this graphics option is ideal for most applications. For those of you that require even more performance, upgrading via a PCI Express x 16 slot is also supported on the AcerPower F5.
