FINANCIAL MANAGER European Shoah Legacy Institute (ESLI), a publicly founded organization, is seeking an energetic and experienced Financial

Manger to become a part of its growing team. ESLI was created in 2009 to advocate and facilitate implementation of pledges of 47 countries, which endorsed the Terezin Declaration. The Terezin Declaration aims at protection of the Holocaust survivors and other victims of Nazi persecution. Responsibilities: financial management of ESLIs projects ESLIs accounting, online bank operations, salaries of the staff, procurement, etc. preparing project proposals for a variety of donors, including governments, intergovernmental institutions, private funds preparing regular reports for donors, the Administrative and Supervisory Boards Requirements: 5+ years experience in financial management 5+ years experience in accounting in Czech Republic Strong knowledge of NGO sector Experience working with foreign donors, like the U.S. State Department, the EU agencies, Israeli government is a plus Proficiency in English, additional languages is a plus Good IT skills Master degree in Finances, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields The salary will be based on the experience of the candidate. ESLI was created in 2009 to advocate and facilitate implementation of pledges of 47 countries, which endorsed the Terezin Declaration. The Terezin Declaration aims at protection of the Holocaust survivors and other victims of Nazi persecution. Responsibilities: Project proposal writing, management and reporting Communication with major stakeholders: governments, intergovernmental institutions, nongovernmental organizations; Representation of ESLI at domestic and international level Monitoring ESLIs projects progress and timely interference in case of any problems Administrative support for office operations Coordination of events organized by ESLI Requirements: 5+ years experience in working in the NGO sector Proficiency in English Ability to work under pressure and meeting pressing deadlines Strong skills in logistics, events organizations, multiple party communication Experience working with the U.S. State Department, EU institutions, other donor organizations is a plus Experience in social media marketing (FB, Twitter, etc) Master degree in Public Administration, International Relations, Political Science or Legal Studies (International Public Law) The salary will be based on the experience of the candidate. INTERNS European Shoah Legacy Institute (ESLI), a publicly founded organization, is seeking young and ambitious interns to become a part of its growing team. ESLI was created in 2009 to advocate and facilitate implementation of pledges of 47 countries, which endorsed the Terezin Declaration. The Terezin Declaration aims at protection of the Holocaust survivors and other victims of Nazi persecution. The principle role of intern would be to assist ESLI in protection the rights of Holocaust survivors and other victims of the Nazi persecution in the field of restitution of property, enhanced social protection of Holocaust survivors and other victims of the Nazi persecution at the international level. ESLI is providing its interns with a unique opportunity to learn about the work of different international institutions, participate in organizing international events, meeting and working with the world leading experts in the field of provenance research, Judaica, property restitution, etc. Responsibilities: reflecting ESLIs work on social media research and analysis per request from the ESLIs management data collection and systematization facilitating communication with members of Working Groups (world leading experts) via Intranet Administrative activities Translation from English to Czech and vice versa

Required Skills: Proficiency in English Knowledge of econometrics is a big advantage Strong research and writing skills Superb skills in social media communication Advanced IT skills, Good communication skills Innovative thinking, creativity and hardworking attitude are welcome Interns will be given a public transport stipend and free lunches.
