Parking for S.A.S. activities is in the front of the building and when you are facing the front of it our door on the right. Our first scheduled activity in the new building is an Open House on Tuesday April 29th from 10a-2pm. Stop in to see the place or bring your lunch and stay for awhile. Please note that S.A.S. will be closed for the move on Friday April 25th and Monday April 28th however in between those days there will be a FREE FLEA MARKET that is open to both clients and staff to shop for a variety of items that we are purging (instead of packing and moving them!). The flea market is Saturday April 26th from 10a-Noon with a limit of one bag full of items per customer.

Volunteer Club sponsoring a Free Flea Market 10-12 Poetry Night 6:30-7:30

4/1 Scrapbookers meet on the first Tuesday night every month. Bring your photos and use the supplies provided to create Scrapbook pages or do the alternative paper craft. 4/3 Sensory is held on the first Thursday night of every month and is volunteer staffed by OT students from Maryville University. There are a variety of activities to engage in! 4/4 Movie-Delivery Man 4/4 Celebrate Earth Day by making an earth-friendly craft. 4/6 Walking Challenge Celebration: This is our fifth week of walking, come see how far we made it and celebrate (after a walk of course)! 4/8 Movie-Frozen 4/8 National Pecan month; come and sample various pecan treats 4/11 As requested, we will be going to the movie theatre during the daytime! The movie will be selected a few days in advance and the meeting time announced. Tickets will be purchased by SAS and then client/chaperone funds transferred but you should bring money for snacks if you wish. 4/11 To Celebrate Cardinals Home opener we are having a Cardinals themed birthday Party. 4/13 The annual Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 1:30pm behind the main building on campus. Bring a basket or sack to collect eggs in and be on time! This is a rain or shine event. 4/17 Anna Karenina a classic story of love and betrayal. We will meet at the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts on the Lindenwood Campus at 7:00pm. Tickets are $10.00 each and are nonrefundable. 4/18 Movie- Free Birds 4/19 Tour the home of 2013 National League Champions 4/22 Meet at the flagpole on campus at 9:30am to caravan to the Wolf Sanctuary. Bring money for lunch. Approximate return time is 3pm. 4/24 Book Club is meeting at Spencer Road library 4/25 Movie-Ride Along 4/26 Free Flea Market is full of items that SAS is purging! It is open to clients and staff too. There are many decorative items to choose from. Each shopper will be limited to one bag full of items, please bring a bag. Volunteer Club members should arrive one hour early for setup. 4/26 Bring your favorite poem to share with your peers.
