Discussion about the habitual tardiness of faculty c. Discussion about the NFE grades i. Those students with NFE grades will no longer comply with their Instructor and it will be handled by Ms. Jane Feliciano.

Discussion of Classroom Management a. Be Professional b. Reminder about the use of No Time-In & Time-out Form. Those faculty that forgot to Time-In & Time-out in their respective periods can no longer use the form. c. Try to arrive at your class at the earliest possible time.

Discussion about the Student Monitoring a. Include those students who incurred at least 3 absences within the cut-off period. b. It is understandable to submit a NO REFERRAL during the 1st week of the start of class. c. Call the attention of the Guidance Office about the incorrect contact number of the parents of the students.

Discussion about the NFG & NFE grades of the students a. Instead of using an individual GRADE UPDATE FORM submit an individual grade sheet of the students that has the Final Grade of the students.

Discussion about the New OBE Syllabus Format a. Deadline of submission for the updated syllabi will be on November 24, 2013 b. Lecture and Laboratory will be combined on one syllabus. c. The topic about the hands-on exercises will be included on the syllabi. Kindly include if the topic is for Lecture or Laboratory d. Submit the softcopy, TOS and Answer Key of your exams in preparation to ISO & PACUCOA.

Discussion about the preparation of exams, there should only be one set of exam per subject. Discussion of affiliation & organization membership of faculty & students a. Submit at least 1 individual membership on November 24, 2013

b. Update the membership of all the students of (PSITE & JPCS) i. PSITE c/o SCN membership is P450.00 ii. JPCS c/o TRR membership is P150.00 XI. Schedule of Tentative Prelim Exams will be on December 17, 2013 a. Needed requirements are the following: TOS & Key to Correction (LECTURE) / Rubrics (LABORATORY) b. Reminders topics must be week 1 to 5. c. You need to submit the copy of your exam a week before the schedule. XII. Discussion of the Content of every Major Subject.
