It is understandable to submit a NO REFERRAL during the 1st week of the start of class. c. Call the attention of the Guidance Office about the incorrect contact number of the parents of the students.

Discussion about the NFG & NFE grades of the students a. Instead of using an individual GRADE UPDATE FORM submit an individual grade sheet of the students that has the Final Grade of the students.

Discussion about the New OBE Syllabus Format a. Deadline of submission for the updated syllabi will be on November 24, 2013 b. Lecture and Laboratory will be combined on one syllabus. c. The topic about the hands-on exercises will be included on the syllabi. Kindly include if the topic is for Lecture or Laboratory d. Submit the softcopy, TOS and Answer Key of your exams in preparation to ISO & PACUCOA.
