Hospital with Paperless Concept Computerization

After evaluating from 30-35 Vendors with stiff competition on cost effectiveness, user-friendly and reliable software with in-depth healthcare domain knowledge and flexibility of customization to suit the requirements of a new hospital, Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka selected Akhil Systems Pvt. Ltd. to automate their new hospital with a vision of complete Paperless and Film less Patient Records as well as Back Office Records. This vision to maintain complete Paperless and Film less Patient Records, where Patient will not carry any papers anytime to come to the hospital was a major challenge for us. With our decade old experience in successful implementation of healthcare software in various hospitals and with the support of Top Management, Doctors and Nurses, this became true. Today with the kind of software provided by us enable them to see the complete Patient Record for OP, IP, and Emergency and Health checkup from any terminal in the hospital. The management wanted to have not only paperless Patient Records but paperless back office records also, where every user in the hospital will use the system for ordering, requesting, indenting and acknowledging the requests and receipts. Extensive class room training was organized for more than 700 Users to train them theoretically on healthcare domain and practically to use the computerized system.
